- Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags/labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
- Opened software, DVDs, or digital downloads.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Free Returns: We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customer-Paid Returns: You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
3. Refunds Policy
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 4–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method. Gift cards receive store credit.
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).

Donations: Unreturnable items in good condition may be donated to charity (with your consent).
